This is an effort for get certificates managed in transactions #13
This is still missing tests, I am working on it.
How would like to have some feedback to understand if I am on wrong path.
Also I would like to know if there is some plan/effort to work on a cddl golang code generator, that would be more defiantly solution IMHO.
