Akari Madness (working title)

Puzzle where you have to put lights around a grid to illuminate each cell. Certain restrictions apply:

1. The black cells with numbers can only have that many lights next to them (only up/down/left/right are counted, not diagonal).
2. Can't put a light on an already-lit cell.
