Support for Azure OpenAI models

Does Embabel support Azure OpenAI models?

Any model supported by Spring AI, which includes Azure models, can be added by defining an Llm bean.
However, we plan to have support for Azure, similar to our Bedrock support, including additional data such as pricing.

Everything outside of pricing should work fine (as long as Spring AI works fine), then I had a look at pricing recently and that's quite complicated: not only does pricing depends on the region (not just on the model), but it can also depend on the customer. I'm not totally sure, but it could also depend on the time (to attract you to some regions at some moment when there is lower usage). That's going to be complicated!
