RTE - the hyphen is not supported in Shortcuts for emojis

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable the RTE from the Labs settings
2. Write a new message by typing ":-) "

What happened instead?

the hyphen “-” is not supported in the shortcut when the RTE is enabled (only “:)” is working for 🙂 )

This is working correctly when RTE is not enabled (then 🙂 is triggered by “:-)” and “:)”)
