In the appearance user settings, the `Match system theme` label is not clickable

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the appearance tab in the user settings
2. Click on the label Match system theme

Outcome

What did you expect?

It should toggle the checkbox

What happened instead?

Nothing

There is a conflict with the radix id between this toggle and the tac button. Both of them has radix-0 as id.
