It is a quick fix for #139

The final solution should continuously sync the external files from node-wot.

The UI is hosted under webui folder. I hope that is fine by everyone. We used the same folder before...

I don't know exactly why but the netlify rendering seems to block TD retrieval.

It is not netlify but in general you cannot fetch HTTP link when the website is HTTPS. The Eclipse team has recently opened the relevant port for it so it will soon work :)
