Compiler hangs when compiling 32 bit version

I am compiling my program, it uses tauri as the interface. It uses brotli-decompressor v4.0.1. However, when compiling the 32-bit program, the compiler hangs at brotli-decompressor for a long time, the rustc process always takes up 15% cpu, I have waited 15 minutes but it is not finished.
The environment I use:
Win 10 Pro 22H2
rustc 1.79.0 (129f3b996 2024-06-10)
target: i686-pc-windows-msvc

I haven't been able to reproduce this problem. Does it still happen for you? Have you tried shutting down all other processes during compile?
