Description

The page contains this note for CS9123:

Beginning with C# 13, this code generates a compiler error.

This seems wrong. I still get a warning, not an error, when I paste the sample code in a .NET 9 console app.

It looks like I misread the changes in the speclet on the changes in §23.6.5 The address-of operator.

I'll add this to the next spring.
