Hindi Translation

Hello @donnemartin ,
I would love to contribute to the project as a Hindi Translator.
I am very fluent in English, Hindi (hi) & Telugu (te). I am a native and speak all these languages

I will submit the PR with the new file for Hindi soon (README-hi.md). I hope you will consider assigning me as a maintainer.
And after this, I wish to contribute to Telugu (te) in the future!
