This pull request enhances error handling in the telemetry client and external application by introducing asynchronous processing for cloud provider identification and telemetry event sending, improving reliability and responsiveness during startup. Additionally, it updates the dependencies for the authenticator and common-lib packages, replacing older versions with newer ones for improved compatibility and security. The go.sum file has also been updated to remove outdated entries and add new checksums.
