Feature: Create a Umbrella helm chart for multiple applications

We currently deploy each microservice to the virtual environment as an individual Helm chart. We need to consolidate these into a single umbrella/parent chart that can be shipped as a unified package to customers.

🎤 Pitch / Usecases

Each Microservices are packaged as separate Helm chart, creating complexity for customers who must manage multiple chart installations, version compatibility, and orchestration dependencies manually.

A feature on devtron to consolidate these mircoservice charts to a single umbrella chart and push to registry.
