Unhandled errors in plugin fetch causing panic.
👟 Reproduction steps
- Convert oss to enterprise.
- Trigger Ci with an auto cd pipeline.
👍 Expected behavior
CI artifact should create successfully and cd should get triggered.
👎 Actual Behavior
Neither artifact is created nor pipeline gets triggered.
