Add possibility to specify jsonpath on error message with custom JS functions

Currently i'm only able to create multiple error messages but with reference to the level in jsonpath i got into with the given jsonpath. I want to be able to go into root object given: "$" and aggregate data from that top level and afterwards validating the openapi specification with given conditions and dictate which jsonpath the issue appeared on.

Sorry for describing my issue in a bad way. I want to be able to use message output in custom JS functions to deliver multiple error message but with different jsonpaths. That is because i want to be able to view the openapi specification in broader scope and analyze it deeper depending on dependencies between the sections.

I want something like following:

function getSchema() {
    return {
        "name": "my-custom-rule",
    };
}

function runRule(rule) {
  return [
    {
      message: "first issue",
      path: "first.json.[1].path
    },
    {
      message: "second issue",
      path: "second.json.[2].path
    } 
  ];
}

I am still struggling to understand a little to be honest, are you asking to be able to override the path property on results?

@daveshanley yeah and to be able to map different paths on each errors. Due to i need to view the information from the root and check multiple data points, i want to do be able to set errors on different paths in same function.
