Refactors `DeviceDetective` to use `BuildWrap` for consistency. Introduces a comprehensive test suite for `DeviceDetective` with a new `mockDevice` test helper to simulate various device configurations and ROMs, improving the accuracy and reliability of ROM type detection.
Recognize "POCO" manufacturer as part of the Xiaomi family for ROM detection.
Replaces `lowercase() ==` with `equals(ignoreCase = true)` for comparing manufacturer and brand strings.
