There are package related ART-profile files in /data/misc/profiles that can become orphaned when playing with root or an uninstall fails. The paths themselves are blacklist locations where we can easily match against package names.

The ART-profiles filter is "off" by default.

This commit updates the maximum tested API level for the `ArtProfilesCorpseFilter` from 36 to 37. The filter will now skip execution on API level 37 and above to prevent potential issues on untested Android versions.
