BTC-TEST publicAddress invalid

I follow adove, but it does'nt work. I test the publicAddress in the site: https://live.blockcypher.com/btc-testnet/, So I change like bellow, And this time the publicAddress is correct.

ck.versions = ci('BTC-TEST').versions works

the README should probably be fixed, as in general the output won't match with what's in the comments, as it will by default set to compressed, while the commented public addresses are uncompressed
