STOR-153 ⁃ Transactional application footer

As the new footer is providing more content as the top navigation is more streamlined, we need to make sure our transactional / satellite websites have a more streamlined footer so that the pages do not become stupidly long for no reason. If users have the option to scroll then it may impact conversion on transactional experiences.
