Reduce CHECKS file attempts to 100 #493
Description
Our CHECKS zero-downtime deployment check attempts is currently sitting at 300. After several deployments it appears our server only takes ~42. We should bring the attempts value down to 100. Eventually we should bring this back down to its original value of 20 for hackathons that are having other deployment issues so they don't how to wait.
Time until timeout failure
300 attempts = 50 minutes
100 attempts = ~17 minutes
20 attempts = ~3 minutes
