Simplify config for first time users

Currently there are a lot of options in the config, as a first time user this may be overwhelming. I think this can be cleaned up a little with some basic section headers along with other methods.

Maybe we can create separate pages for UI info and event info?
i.e., "x Asset" can all be on a separate form page

Will require a large refactor as a result of upgrading the rails-settings-cached gem. Moving to a future version.
