Create section to list Observability TAG presenters and talks

Add a page for the Expert Speaker Series held by the Observability TAG listing presenters and their talks.

To improve the session presenting solutions, I suggest the following improvements:

1. Create a Google Form where each speaker can submit their ideas for talks, including a description of the solution and the topics covered.
2. Create a LinkedIn group for the Tag observability. Each talk would be delivered as a YouTube and LinkedIn event. To make the session more interactive, schedule the session outside of the Tag observability meeting and use Restream to provide a nicer experience for our audience.
3. Tag observability should provide different formats of content, such as:

• Solution overview (we need to define a name for this type of stream)

• End-user stories

• Observability best practices

4. Tag observability should also provide general short videos to educate our community on the basics of observability, covering in detail the explanation of traces, metrics, logs, etc.
