Change the default values of labels group: Confidentiality, Severity

Please, help me I want change the default values of labels group: Confidentiality, Severity.
There are no such groups in the admin panel.
Where to find them?

They are currently hardcoded : https://github.com/certsocietegenerale/FIR/blob/master/incidents/models.py#L24

If you express the need for it, I could make a PR to make these values become editable settings

EDIT: Severity is now an editable, dynamic setting. Confidentiality however, is still hardcoded.
