Enhancement: Show only incidents without the attribute set

We're setting an attribute on incidents that have have gone through review. It would be helpful to get a list of incidents/events that don't have that attribute set.

This need seems specific to your process.

Here is what I can recommend:

• Without any modification, you can use the "Stats > Attributes" page to list all incidents, along with a specific attribute. This way, you will get a list of all incidents matching selected filters, and you will be able to easily detect incidents missing an attribute.
• The best experience for you would be to develop a plugin in order to add a tab in the dashboard with all incidents that need review. You can start from fir_to_review.zip
