Can simply call Show/Close to open the DevTools in a new window

Would it be a lot to ask to add a menu item for it in either of the example apps? Not that it affects the NuGet packages though, but it makes for a cool screenshot for the 33 marketing material 😜

It's in the WinForms example as it already had menu items that didn't do anything. I can add something to the WPF example

Hah! sorry I didn't even spot the WinForms.Example files there (must be going blind). Somehow the menu items show up in-active on my first build of it though ... but .... I'd better start working on what I'm supposed to right now at my day job. Will follow up tonight ...

Duuh, Just realized I was looking at master not this PR 😊. The menu items had me fooled there ... Nevermind!
