Add restore seed option on startup #448
Description
Current state:
Currently, each time the wallet is freshly opened, it generates a new seed and prompts the user to save it.
The only way to restore funds is by going to settings and restoring from the old seed, which, as far as I know, automatically transfers tokens from the old wallet to the new one.
Suggested change:
It would be great to have an option to directly restore an old seed.
So the users don't have to backup a new seed every time they wipe the browser's cache (or its automatically wiped).
The users should be asked on startup if they want to to create a new seed or restore an old one.
