Define hotkeys

Hi!

First of all, thanks for cage, we love it!

We work on a kiosk device with a touchscreen and a device like this for accessibility for blind people:

We run chrome inside cage, and can easily handle the key codes of the arrow keys in our webapp.

However, the volume key is something we'd like to handle on higher level, i.e. when it gets pressed, we'd want to cycle through three different volume levels set through pipewire/pulseaudio. The key sends a regular key event with the key code F17.

I can't seem to figure out any way to bind F17 to a linux-level event. Is there any way to do this within cage?

I solved it with a root-user service that listens on libinput events now, but a wayland-level solution would probably be cleaner
