ZERO validation of binary checksums

It is a LAW that every and all downloads have published checksums and that downloaded results match said checksum.

## Expected Behavior
pull published checksums in addition to binary and validate download was correct. And furthermore the version string matches the expected value.

## Actual Behavior
checks to see if there are decimals in the version string.
