Also, when viewing multiple videos in different tabs, viewing time will sometimes stop being persisted.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open 2 or 3 tabs with different videos or streams
2. Observe if correct time is displayed

Actual result:

Occasionally, only the 'primer' time is shown (The initial 10 seconds to load it into auto-contribute). Afterwards, no additional time is logged.

Expected result:

Times should continue to be logged in time with stream

Reproduces how often: 70 %

• Does it reproduce on brave-browser dev/beta builds?
• Does it reproduce on browser-laptop?

Website problems only:

• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields?
• Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome?
