Özgür your personal wiki page template looks solid. I think we shouldn't assign the "Needs Review" status to sub-issues. However, I'm not sure about the sub-issue creation screen and whether it's possible to set them to "Not Started" while the meta issue is in "Needs Review". Do you have any thoughts on this?

Also, I believe Cem Sarpkaya was just added to our GitHub repo, so we can now assign him a sub-issue as well.

A small adjustment, as far as I see the link to our PR's doesn't work automatically when we write #2 in our wiki pages. So we might change the template with this kind of usage:
