• This issue is created to Integrate the Wikidata API to enrich data across the FitHub project. This integration will provide additional information such as labels, descriptions, and images for various entities (e.g., ingredients, recipes).

• Create a new wikidata app to handle the API interaction.
• Utilize the Wikidata information in ingredients viewset.
• Prepare documentation for usage of wikidata API..
