Use Helia for fetching files

We should explore using Helia for getting files from IPFS without depending on gateways.

@bjesus you can check out helia-verified-fetch if you just need to fetch content. It is supposed to make fetching content easier and more hands-off than using Helia directly if you don't need to do much node management
