Error while installing

Running the exe gives the following error.

Can you please download the NSIS version of the installer and try to install with that:

Thanks, nsis version worked. I have dozens of msi applications installed in my windows 10 never had this issue. Do you know what the actual problem is?

Do you have antivirus software ? Or using windows defender. This installer is not signed with a certificate which could be a reason why it could be blocked by some AV software. But only one other person reported this same issue and it was related to 'trustedinstaller' issues / windows issue.

windows defender is disabled. I think its not about not signed certificate because it is failed at the end of completing the installation, i am thinking there is a problem in the code the way msi is created, have to check with some official guide perhaps.

Anyway can you add one important feature? I see you are using rarbgenter.org domain but it is blocked in my country and i can not use the app right now in anyway. A dropdown option with list of proxy domains would help. if not provide a input box to configure domain manually.
