Emacs X Input Method

EXIM (Emacs X Input Method) is an X input method server utilizing Emacs as its
backend. Please check the wiki (https://github.com/ch11ng/exim/wiki) for more
details.

EXIM is mainly designed for working with EXWM window manger
(https://github.com/ch11ng/exwm).

EXIM is built on top of XELB (https://github.com/ch11ng/xelb).
