Hi Apple team,

When working on refreshing ExtensionContext for the user token that might change over time. Can you explain the difference between the undocumented https://developer.apple.com/documentation/identitylookup/livecalleridlookupmanager/refreshextensioncontext(forextensionwithidentifier:) and https://developer.apple.com/documentation/identitylookup/livecalleridlookupmanager/reset(forextensionwithidentifier:) ?

Another quick question, we submitted our app through the validation process few weeks ago without any feedback, thus our users cannot use the LiveCaller feature on our app. Is there still someone in charge of reviewing requests?

For us it took almost 4 months from the date of form submission to the date when feature was enabled in production by Apple.

The funny thing is that we received already 2 feedbacks from Apple to reject our submission because of the way they test the app (IP location) but since the last submission, no feedback. I hope this is linked to summer vacations.

Did you wait the 4 months to push to prod or did you find a workaround to ship to your customers (outside of Testflight).
