Update README's Repo structure diagram (e.g., incorrectly lists "openwhisk-swift")

If we are trying to reflect the Swift Client SDK repo "https://github.com/apache/incubator-openwhisk-client-swift" then we should clarify.

If we are going to update the "green box" component / repo. diagram on the main readme, we should have it reflect the most current set of repos. and include new ones like "wskdebug".
