chore: clean-up solana deps

Problem

project uses bloated and imports unused solana-xxx crates

Summary of Changes

• use directly pubkey, transaction, message, hash crates instead of sdk
• use vote program id from solana-sdk-ids instead of importing full solana-vote-program crate
• remove unused imports of solana-program and solana-system-program
