refactor: replace pubkey with address

Problem

there was done a tremendous work on renaming Pubkey from solana-pubkey crate into Address from solana-address crate. Which jetstreamer still doesn't respect

Solution

replace solana-pubkey = "3" with solana-address = "1" and update usage in the code
