Nightly workflow to check the Techdemos python files

📝 Description of the feature

This would ensure that the Techdemos run and do not need maintenance.
This way, the examples would be checked regularly without having to be computed at each commit in a PR or at each merge in main.

💡 Steps for implementing the feature

• Add a folder with the TechDemo python files
• Create a new nightly workflow that run the TechDemo examples
