Block references do not work correctly

When I use footnotes as a link to parts of text [[#^text adress|name of link]] and click on such a link, nothing happens

I can see that block references which refer to a paragraph appear in this array:

app.metadataCache.blockCache.cache['Some/Note.md'].blocks.filter(x => x?.node?.id)

But I can't see where Obsidian stores block references which link to text within a paragraph.

Please try typing [[#^]]

Obsidian will prompt you to select the part of the text file to which you want to attach this link. After you do this, you can click on the link and go to the part of the text that you have selected.
