[Japanese][FindReplace]: FindReplace title shows incorrectly if only replace one character on Japanese OS

Steps:

1. Launch Brackets on Japanese OS ( or just switch Brackets to Japanese UI).
2. Open index.html file, then press Alt+Cmd+F to invoke FindReplace bar.
3. Just input one character (like: a)into Find bar, then input some characters(like: bbbb) into Replace with bar
4. Click the button Batch
5. Observe the Replace panel on the bottom

Result:
On the Replace panel, the FindReplace title cannot show the character which are replaced and to replace with. The file name "index.html" cannot show on the title either.

Expected:
The characters should show well on Replace panel.

ENV: MAC10.10 and Win8 Japanese OS
Build: 0.43.0-14322

Notes: Not reproduces with Brackets Sprint 42.

This was a result of PR #4661, so I think it's been this way for about a year
