Crash - [Win Only]:Continuely Increase Font Size will get APP crashed - few users will encounter

1. Open a file in Brackets sprint19 5290
2. Press and hold Ctrl + + to increase font
3. Do not release key-press for 15-20 seconds

Result: Font size increases and App crashes
Expected: App should not crash

Env: Win7 Enterprise English

Reviewed, marking low priority (rather than no priority) since it is a crash. Should be easy to fix--just set a maximum font size for Ctrl-+.
