Getting command error when trying to install acms

I am trying to install Acquia CMC headless

I have successfully created a recommended project. after that when trying to run the command ./vendor/bin/acms acms:install. getting errors after choosing suggested options like type, demo content, etc. I am getting this error for all 3 types of bundles.

The command ""./vendor/bin/composer" config --json repositories.drupal "{""type"":""composer"",""url"":""https:\/\/packages.drupal.org\/8""}"" failed.

 Exit Code: 1(General error)

 Working directory: E:\xampp\htdocs\acms\project\vendor\acquia\acquia-cms-starterkit

Can anyone suggest what I need to do to setup it? I am attaching an error screenshot for reference.

I am facing same issue on window 10. I am trying to install Acquia CMS Community.
