Is there the equivalent of a compression ratio parameter when using this eq in dynamic mode? or would that be a potential new feature request? |

No, there is not. ratio setting/base-target setting are two different ways that are not compatible with each other. I will not add this feature in the near future as it would require lots of adjustments to the user interface. And for most use cases, the current base-target setting is more intuitive for a dynamic EQ. |
