Add support for images

Now it's possible to deploy a gpt-4o in Azure and so upload images. Would it be possible to update your shortcut in order to ask for text or image input?
I've tried to adapt it myself but my knowledge is so limited that I keep getting error. 
Please let me know if you need me to share any more info with you (the python code from the playground when an image is uploaded for example).
