GIG Cymru - NHS Wales - Data Dictionary is maintained and published by Data Standards Team, part of Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW). Since May 2006 changes are assured by the Welsh Information Standards Board (WISB). Changes are published as Data Standards Change Notices (DSCNs), Data Dictionary Change Notices (DDCNs) and Data Provision Notices (DPNs).

This repository contains a point-in-time research-and-development snapshot of the terminology files. The purpose is to have a snapshot suitable for working with text processing software, which can benefit significantly from having all the relevant files downloaded to one folder.
