Hello!

This issue will be fixed in a future (hopefully) software update, you can work around it for now by:

• Put the phone in mass storage mode
• Open a command prompt on your windows computer (as Administrator) (cmd.exe)
• Run the following two commands: (I took the drive letter you specified above but in case it is different here change it)

reg load HKLM\RTSTMP D:\Windows\System32\config\SYSTEM
reg unload HKLM\RTSTMP

• Run offlineupdate.cmd again
