This uses the new BootShim changes I've made not so long ago in a PR. Allows the user to startup the UEFI using one of 3 startup methods (can potentially be expanded in the future). UEFI initialization has been verified locally on talkman, however review is likely needed. This backports changes from the mppark branch of this repository with enhancements/modifications to bring back EL1 as well. Commits have been marked as coauthored where it is the case (due to backporting).
I am intentionally not pushing with this commit the dynamic ACPI table installer from #70 as it would require #77 to work well as well as SD Card bootability (comes with dynamic ACPI table installs).
