/arbi platform: PC command stuck on "Genesis is thinking"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Entered the command /arbi platform: PC in my Discord server.
2. Waited for over five minutes.

Expected behavior:
The bot should reply with the current Arbitration mission details for the PC platform (node, mode, enemy faction).

Actual behavior:
The bot replied with "Genesis is thinking" and then did not respond any further. The command seems to be stuck and did not complete.

as has been discussed across most of our repos and api ecosystem, the arbitrations aren't available upstream because the provider broke it. can't do anything about it. sorry.
