Your issue is a duplicate of a previously known issue #257.

Your target is node-webkit version 0.9.2, that is based on Node.js v0.11.

Node-sqlite3 does not (currently) support Node.js versions newer than 0.10.

A support for newer versions is already in progress (see #184 for example), but it has not yet landed.

If you want a working node-sqlite3 right now, you should probably stay on node-webkit 0.8.x branch (based on Node.js v0.10). That branch lacks some newer features, but it's still maintained.
