Tauon server version

This is just my dream 🙂
I know it's not gonna happen.

I would love to have Tauon server version like mpd.
Tauon client could connect to Tauon server, there should be a mobile client too.

Because all mpd clients are inflexible and limited, confusing to use, hard to manage and load playlists, no favorites songs, no queue like in tauon. It's just pain to use mpd clients 😢

Tauon already does have a webserver feature, but it's very limited and meant for simple listenalong. If you wanted to add controls and some auth, I think that part is where you'd want to look.

I know there were some unofficial android clients (one or two). Not sure of they working now. Official mobile client is not maintained unfortunately.

Adding webserver features would be hard for me..
