Prohibited Abilities

The following abilities are prohibited with rationale for their prohibition.

Dilithium Destructor Charge

Dilithium Destructor Charge was an in development Experimental Weapon accidentally released with the launch of the Pioneer II Pilot Heavy Frigate. More information for the history of this Experimental Weapon can be found at NEW SHIP Announcement & Q&A ft. Jeremy, Keene, & Thomas .

This ability is banned from OSCR because it was only obtained by a small group of people (~100 as cited by Borticus) and was never meant to be released. The Experimental Weapon is no longer accessible, and as a result its use would provide an unfair advantage to DPS chasers who are seeing the best Experimental Weapon for their builds.
